Prime Minister Grossly Interferes in the Functioning of the Judicial Authority: Arthur Ghazinyan
I urge citizens to refrain from extremist actions. This was stated by Arthur Ghazinyan, co-founder of the "One Armenia" party, on his Facebook page in response to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's call to close all entrances and exits of the courts tomorrow.
His post specifically states:
“I call on our citizens to refrain from extremist actions, to maintain civic vigilance, to stay within the framework of the RA legislation, and not to fall for provocations.
The Constitution of the RA guarantees the separation of powers and the independence of governmental branches, as well as a system of checks and balances.
The head of the executive authority is grossly violating the principle of separation of powers enshrined in the Constitution of the RA with today’s call, severely interfering in the functioning of the judicial authority.
This threatens the security of national institutions and their normal operation.”
