Nazeni Gharybyan Appointed to New Position

By the decision of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the decision No. 766-A of June 15, 2018, on appointing a plenipotentiary representative has been declared void. The decision states:

"According to Article 7 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government and based on Article 8 of the Charter established by the Agreement on the Creation of the Intergovernmental Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of CIS Member States and paragraph 4.1 of the Charter established by the Agreement on the Humanitarian Cooperation Council of Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States,

1. Nazeni Gharybyan, currently performing the duties of Minister of Culture of the Republic of Armenia, is appointed as the plenipotentiary representative of the Republic of Armenia in the management council (administration) of the Intergovernmental Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of CIS Member States and in the Humanitarian Cooperation Council of Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
2. The decision No. 766-A of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia dated June 15, 2018, on the appointment of a plenipotentiary representative and the decision No. 118-A dated February 16, 2007, are declared void."
