Kocharian Brings NSS Officers from Stepanakert to Court: Tigran Grigoryan

Member of the Artsakh 'National Revival' party Tigran Grigoryan wrote on his Facebook page: "Kocharian's affairs are so bad that he had to bring NSS officers from Stepanakert to court, who also worked part-time as provocateurs during our protests. Apparently, from the perspective of these Stepanakert Chekists, being present at Kocharian's trial is one of the National Security Service's most crucial functions.

H.G. Ara, at least send people who haven't been part of the system yet... what kind of people are these, they can't do anything properly..."
