The current and former presidents of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan and Arkadi Ghukasyan, are set to appear in court in the afternoon. This was confirmed by Ruben Sahakyan, one of the defense attorneys for Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharyan, in response to a question from Factor.am.
