When will construction work on the new metro station begin: Meshchyan
“We hope to finish the design work for the new metro station in Ajapnyak by January, and construction work will begin at the start of next year,” said the chief architect of the capital, Arthur Meshchyan, during a press briefing today.
Detailing the implementation process of the project, Meshchyan stated, “We will start from the bridge on which the station will be located, and later the entire infrastructure related to the linear policy will be established — connecting the bridge to the Barekamutyun station. To say it’s an easy task would be misleading; it’s very complex. The metro system is generally a quite complicated network and requires involvement from specialists in various fields. We are working with these specialists to finalize the metro’s policies and address all nuances related to this project.”
