Residents of Arshaluyts Block the Armavir-Yerevan Road

Residents of the Arshaluyts community in the Armavir region have blocked the Armavir-Yerevan highway. They claim that the suspended community leader, Zarzand Grigoryan, is being protected by the regional administration.

In an interview with NEWS.am, community resident Vira Shahbazyan stated that a session of the Arshaluyts community council was recently held with the participation of regional administration representative Arsen Ghukasian, and Zarsand Grigoryan was also present at the meeting. The residents emphasize that Zarsand Grigoryan's powers are suspended, and therefore he had no right to participate in the council meeting.
