Will Bako Sahakyan Attend Court for Kocharian's Case?

As it is known, the President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan and the second President of Artsakh Arkadi Ghukasian have applied to the Prosecutor General of Armenia with a request to change the preventive measure for Robert Kocharian. The current and former leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh submitted a guarantee to the court regarding changing the preventive measure of detention for Armenia's second President, Robert Kocharian.

The ArmLur.am news agency reports that Judge Davit Grigoryan stated that Bako Sahakyan and Arkadi Ghukasian must appear in court to reaffirm their approach, after which the court will hear the opinion of the other side and discuss the petition. We have already reported that Arkadi Ghukasian will attend the court hearing regarding Robert Kocharian's case.

As for the President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan, the media contacted the President's spokesperson Davit Babayan, who said, “At this moment, I cannot say when he will come; you will know.”
