The head of the Meteorological Center of the Emergency Situations Ministry, Gagik Surenyana, made a post on his Facebook page: "This year is exceptionally favorable; there has been no frost damage, we are secured with water resources, and although May is considered the month most prone to hail, not a single hail cloud has approached the borders of Armenia yet."
