Member of the "Citizen's Decision" Social-Democratic Party and Yerevan City Council member Vahe Gevorgyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Information has come out from several sources claiming that Gaspari did not testify. I just spoke with Mr. Gaspari, and he said that this is not true; moreover, he has demanded that a criminal case be initiated and has written an explanation. However, the police have not initiated a criminal case. I want to understand, if the moment of the crime is clearly visible in the video, the perpetrator's face is shown, there is a victim who has written an explanation, then what is the reason that the police have not opened a case? Additionally, Tavadyan mockingly recounts how he drank coffee at the police station."
