Criminal Case Against Citizen Threatening to 'Eliminate' Sexual Minorities Rejected
Aysor.am has reported that the preparation of materials against a citizen threatening to 'eliminate' sexual minorities in front of the Armenian National Assembly has been completed.
“A decision has been made to reject the initiation of a criminal case due to the absence of a crime in the act,” representatives from the Arabkir division of the police informed the media.
It is noteworthy that during an interview with the media, the citizen had displayed a knife, declaring that he was ready to 'eliminate' sexual minorities with it.
Following the publication, materials were prepared at the Arabkir division of the Police of Armenia, the citizen was apprehended and taken to the police station, where he provided an explanation and was released.
