The newspaper 'Fact' reports: According to 'Fact', the Armenian side attempted to reflect at least some of the general outlines of Nikol Pashinyan's previously given promises in the text of the co-chairs' statement after the Pashinyan-Aliyev negotiations.

This was also related to Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan's 'secret' visit to Moscow, where he tried to include certain mitigating and more favorable theses in the statement's text through the Russian co-chair. However, this effort proved to be in vain, as such statement texts are prepared in advance.

As a result, according to the newspaper's sources, the Prime Minister expressed strong dissatisfaction with the minister. And although it is not possible to have great expectations from the very first official meeting, especially not to give unequivocal assessments of their outcomes, nonetheless, according to our source, the internal 'kitchen' considers that Mnatsakanyan has, so to speak, 'failed' his first serious test.

For more details, see today's issue of the newspaper.
