Major General Cancels Meetings Amid Son's Involvement in Meghri Military Incident

The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reported yesterday that the focal point of an incident at one of the military units in Meghri was also the son of Major General Genadi Tavaradyan, the head of the National Defence Research University of Armenia.

Interestingly, following this publication, Tavaradyan canceled his meetings yesterday. Specifically, he was scheduled to speak at an international conference organized by the "Orbeli" Center, but he did not attend, and his deputy delivered the speech in his place. Many believe that Genadi Tavaradyan did not come due to the recent events.
