Car Accident on Saralanj's Newly Built Road Leaves One Injured

Today, on March 22, a car accident occurred in Yerevan. At around 20:00, vehicles of Nissan with license plate 34 AS 443 and Mercedes with license plate 33 VO 187 collided on the newly built road in Saralanj.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, a passenger in the Mercedes was hospitalized with injuries at the Heratsi University Hospital No. 1.

Responding quickly, officers from the Yerevan Road Police arrived at the scene, led by Deputy Chief Davit Avagyan. The incident was reported by duty officer Karen Gyulumyan from the Yerevan Road Police Operations Management Center to the department handling traffic accidents and administrative procedures, from which senior investigators Andranik Isakhanyan and Davit Gevorgyan were dispatched.

Materials are being prepared by investigator D. Gevorgyan regarding the incident. The police are working to establish the identities of the drivers and the injured party.
