Updated: Snow Falling on Certain Roads

The Armenian Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies informs that as of March 19 at 20:00, snow is falling on the roads of the Chambarak region.

In Goris, fog is present on the roads, reducing visibility to 30-50 meters.

The Vardenyats Pass is impassable for passenger vehicles, and it is closed to heavy and trailer vehicles.

Road construction teams are working on clearing the roads and treating them with salt and sand.

Other interstate and national highways in Armenia remain open.
