Who Will Be the Future President of the Constitutional Court?
Fact newspaper reports: Discussions have been circulating since last year that Prime Minister Pashinyan envisions Vahe Grigoryan as the future president of the Constitutional Court.
In October, there was an attempt to appoint him as a member of the Constitutional Court. However, during a closed secret ballot in the National Assembly, Vahe Grigoryan was not elected. The law allows for another attempt, and it is possible that his candidacy will be presented again in the near future, this time to the new National Assembly, where 'My Step' holds a majority.
