Sedrak Kocharyan Sues NSS
Sedrak Kocharyan is suing the National Security Service (NSS) for grossly violating his presumption of innocence. This information was reported to 168.am by Viktor Soghomonyan, head of the office of Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharyan.
In the coming days, Sedrak Kocharyan's lawyers will file a relevant lawsuit in court and will make a statement in this regard.
It is noteworthy that Sedrak Kocharyan, the elder son of Armenia's second president Robert Kocharyan, has been charged with tax evasion and money laundering. The case is under the jurisdiction of the National Security Service. Sedrak Kocharyan denies the charges against him, calling it a fabricated case.
