Serzh's Vacho's Promise to Give 6 Million Dollars to the State Remains in Effect
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "The appeal hearing in the case of Vachagan Ghazaryan, the former head of security for Serzh Sargsyan, was postponed yesterday.
In response to our journalist's question about how the investigation body reacted to Ghazaryan and his companion's offer to transfer 6 million dollars to the state, his legal representative Armen Harutyunyan said that they have not yet received a response from the Special Investigative Service. 'Our offer remains in effect, we have not received a clear answer. This is not borrowed money that we can just hand over... The examination of the case is ongoing, Ghazaryan is closely cooperating with the investigation, presenting all documents. As for what decisions they will make, I believe that procedural decisions should be made,'" he stated.
