The Mayor of Echmiadzin on the Lands Transferred to the State by Manvel Grigoryan

If there is a strong political will from the community leader to avoid budget waste, it will not happen. This was stated by the Mayor of Echmiadzin, Diana Gasparyan, during a conversation with journalists, assuring that there is such a will in Echmiadzin.

“Positions that were not occupied by people at the time I was appointed have been reduced; these were positions assigned to friends of the former authorities, which no longer exist,” said Diana Gasparyan.

In response to the question about which lands Manvel Grigoryan has transferred to the state until now, she noted:

“I am aware of the territory of the Duck Breeding Factory, which was circulated, but it has been transferred to the State Property Management, Manvel Grigoryan has not handed over anything to the Echmiadzin community.”
