Levon Ter-Petrosyan Refuses Lawyer's Assistance
It has already been reported that the first President of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, was summoned by the Special Investigative Service (SIS) and was interrogated for about 1.5 hours regarding the March 1 case. Today, the former president's spokesperson, Arman Musinyan, announced that Ter-Petrosyan has declined the assistance of lawyers.
"In response to inquiries from several media outlets, I would like to inform you that:
- President Ter-Petrosyan has refused the assistance of a lawyer.
- If the interrogation continues, the public will be informed by us," he stated.
