"If you know of another cheaper place, go there": What really happened at "Arabkir" Medical Center? Arman Babloyan clarifies
Today, "Pasta" newspaper reported that some citizens expressed discontent regarding the "Arabkir" Medical Center, which belongs to former National Assembly President Ara Babloyan.
The newspaper stated that the citizens' complaints are related to the conditions prevailing in the center's physiotherapy department. According to parents, the hospital management has sharply increased consultation fees from 5000 drams to 10000, and weekly treatment courses from 4000 drams to 6000 drams. One parent mentioned that their complaints were met with contemptuous responses, such as, "If you know of another cheaper place, go there; these are our prices." It is important to note that the patients in this department are primarily children with certain neurological issues and various traumas, and they typically require regular treatment courses.
In an interview with AuroraNews, Arman Babloyan, the director of the "Arabkir" Medical Center, confirmed that there have indeed been price changes, details of which will be provided later. Regarding the doctor's statement, "If you know of another cheaper place, go there; these are our prices," Babloyan emphasized that internal investigations are currently underway to determine which doctor made such remarks to the parent of a sick child.
We will present more comprehensive information and clarifications later on.
