Valery Osipyan Testifies in Court
According to Tert.am, Chief of Police Valery Osipyan has arrived at court to testify in the case related to the seizure of the Police Patrol Service (PPS) base.
It is noteworthy that Valery Osipyan holds the status of a victim in the case regarding the seizure of the PPS base. In 2016, when the incident occurred, Osipyan was the Deputy Chief of Police of Yerevan.
The case involving several individuals accused of seizing the PPS base and committing a number of serious crimes is being heard at the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Makyana. The defendants include Pavel Manukyan, Varuzhan Avetisyan, Arayik Khandoyan, Mkhitar Avetisyan, Gagik Yeghiazaryan, Armen Bilyan, Smbat Barseghyan, Arek Kyureghyan, Edward Grigoryan, and Sedrak Nazaryan.
