Armenian Boxer Hovhannes Bachkov Defeats Asian Vice Champion
Armenian boxer Hovhannes Bachkov, a 2017 European champion and bronze medalist at the World Championship in the 64 kg weight category, participated in a boxing event in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, where European and Asian champions faced each other.
This was reported by the press service of the Armenian Boxing Federation. Competing as part of the European team, Bachkov achieved a decisive victory against the 27-year-old Mongolian boxer Baatarsukh Chinzoorig, the 2017 Asian vice champion. The European team won the match with a score of 4:3.
In Prague, Bachkov was under the guidance of coach Karen Ghazaryan.
