No Criminal Prosecution Against Employees of the Compulsory Enforcement Service
The Compulsory Enforcement Service informs that the body conducting the criminal proceedings has decided not to initiate criminal prosecution against the employees of the Service involved in the criminal case due to the absence of a criminal composition in their actions. The Special Investigation Service of Armenia has terminated the proceedings of this criminal case.
Previously, a criminal case had been initiated at the Special Investigation Service of Armenia under Article 308, Part 1 of the Criminal Code. The bank had informed the body conducting the criminal proceedings that it had participated in a compulsory electronic auction to acquire the corresponding real estate but was unable to purchase it.
