Two Injured in Shooting Incident at Shushi Melo Restaurant Undergo Surgery
Two of the three individuals injured in the armed incident near the "Partez" restaurant complex on January 29 have undergone surgery, according to Artak Manukyan, deputy director of St. Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center.
It was reported that around 1:30 AM on January 29, a warning was received regarding gunshots in the Kotayk region, with reports of casualties. It was later confirmed that the injured individuals sustained gunshot wounds during the same incident near the "Partez" restaurant complex.
The shooter has been identified as the son of former MP Melik Manukyan, also known as Shushi Melo. Among the wounded, Romen Harutunyan is identified as the nephew of Melik Manukyan's sister, while Hayk Manukyan is the son of his brother.
