Tigran Hakobyan Elected as Chairman of the Television and Radio Commission
Today, January 29, a regular meeting of the Television and Radio Commission (TRC) took place. Among various issues, the resignation application of TRC Chairman Gagik Buniatyan was discussed. The meeting accepted G. Buniatyan's resignation, after which a new election for the TRC chairman was held.
As a result of a closed secret ballot, Tigran Hakobyan, a member of the Commission, was unanimously elected as the new chairman (8 votes in favor, 0 against). This information is reported by the Department of International Relations, Information, and Development Programs of the TRC.
