Russia May Get Involved in Large-Scale Military Conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh: Dan Coats

U.S. Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats believes that Russia may become involved in a large-scale military conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated in a report on global threats prepared by the U.S. intelligence community.

“Tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan due to Nagorno-Karabakh remain a potential source for the emergence of a large-scale military conflict, which could involve Russia,” Coats said.
