VIDEO: Shots Fired at People from Car in Yerevan

On January 13, a citizen who called the police reported that shots were fired at people from a car in the yard of 1 VaghArshyan Street.

The operational group of the Arabkir division of the police carried out necessary actions at the specified place to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.

Meanwhile, while the police were detaining the suspects, the Arabkir division received an alert from one of Yerevan's hospitals stating that 18-year-old Aram Sargsyan had come for medical assistance, who later turned out to have sustained bodily injuries in the yard of 1 VaghArshyan Street during a brawl.

It was revealed at the police station that all the detained men are residents of the same yard, and the dispute arose over a parking issue.

The argument escalated into a brawl, during which Arthur Sargsyan fired shots with a gas pistol, David Brutyan used a knife, Spartak Sargsyan wielded a hammer, and other participants inflicted bodily injuries on each other with their hands and feet.

During the examination of the scene, two cartridges were discovered and seized.

Arthur Sargsyan presented the gas pistol, David Brutyan the knife, and Spartak Sargsyan the hammer.

Investigations have been initiated. A criminal case has been opened on charges of hooliganism.
