OSCE Mission to Conduct Planned Monitoring of Ceasefire Line
On January 15, the OSCE mission will conduct planned monitoring of the ceasefire regime along the contact line between the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan, in the area southeast of the village of Levonarkh in the Martakert region, in accordance with an agreement reached with the government of the Republic of Artsakh. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh.
The monitoring will be carried out by Mikhaïl Olaru, field assistant to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office (CIO), from Moldova, and Simon Tiller, personal assistant to the CIO, from the United Kingdom.
The authorities of the Republic of Artsakh have expressed their readiness to assist in the conduct of the monitoring and to ensure the safety of the OSCE mission members.
