Strange Vehicle with Dog-Catching Tools Starts Gathering Street Dogs in Yerevan, Warns DINGO Team

We have already received alerts from two different locations about an unfamiliar FORD vehicle and a group of individuals with dog-catching tools gathering dogs from the streets (they have collected dogs near the Nairi Medical Center and near the Slavonic University).

We have confirmed that the municipality and local authorities are not aware of this. This appears to be some private operation with unclear motives.

WE ASK YOU TO BE VIGILANT. If you witness such activities, RECORD and photograph the faces, the vehicle, and the license plate number, so we can identify who they are and take appropriate action.
