The head of the meteorological center of the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Gagik Surenyan, published a photo on his Facebook page showing the heavy snowfall in the Greek town of Ioannina.
“This is called a snow flood: Greece, Ioannina, 09.01.2019,” he wrote in his post.
