Mkhitaryan Will Not Return to the Field This Year
The midfielder of the Armenian national team and Arsenal, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, has suffered a foot injury during the quarter-finals match of the English League Cup against Tottenham, and was substituted out in the first half, reports VNews.am.
It is noted that the player missed the game against Burnley, after which head coach Unai Emery revealed that the Armenian player would need to undergo medical examinations.
According to Goal, Mkhitaryan will not return to the field this year. No further details have been provided yet.
