Armenia's 'Hayastan' Faction to Boycott Vote on Arusyak Julhakyan's Candidacy
The 'Hayastan' faction of the National Assembly will not participate in the vote regarding the candidacy of Arusyak Julhakyan for the position of Chair of the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs. This announcement was made by the faction leader Anna Grigoryan during a speech in the National Assembly.
"The 'Hayastan' faction will not participate in the vote for Arusyak Julhakyan's candidacy, just as we do not participate in the voting for other candidates proposed by the government," Grigoryan stated.
On August 11, the 'Civil Contract' faction had put forward Arusyak Julhakyan's candidacy for the position of Chair of the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs.
