Armenia Among Top Three Countries Importing Cigarettes from Georgia

In 2025, Georgia exported $44.1 million worth of cigarettes, according to Georgian media reports. One of the main destinations for cigarette exports from Georgia was Armenia.

The export figures are as follows:

• Kyrgyzstan — $35.01 million (1,968.7 tons)
• UAE — $3.57 million (203.3 tons)
• Armenia — $1.41 million (83.2 tons)
• Russia — $1.11 million (158.9 tons)
• Kazakhstan — $1.10 million (35.4 tons)
• India — $776.5 thousand (82 tons)
• China — $370.5 thousand (4.7 tons)

Thus, Armenia ranked as the third largest destination for Georgia's cigarette exports in terms of export value.
