Prospects for the Development of the Armenia-US Strategic Partnership Discussed in Washington

Vahan Kostanyan has exchanged ideas with representatives from leading think tanks in the United States in Washington. On August 10, during a working visit to Washington, the Acting Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Vahan Kostanyan, met with representatives from prominent US think tanks.

During the discussion, Vahan Kostanyan presented the main priorities of Armenia's foreign policy, addressed the prospects for the development of the Armenia-US comprehensive strategic partnership, and shared Armenia's positions on regional and international developments.

The participants were also informed about steps aimed at strengthening peace and stability in the region, particularly regarding the implementation of bilateral and trilateral agreements reached during the Peace Summit held in Washington on August 8, 2025, including efforts to enhance regional connectivity and economic cooperation.

The event continued in a question-and-answer format, during which a wide range of topics of interest to the participants was discussed.
