According to the newspaper "Jraparak", Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan continues to keep both the public and his own team in surprise. Recently, it has become difficult for the ruling "Civil Contract" party to understand the logic behind the Prime Minister's political and personnel decisions.

As reported by government sources in the newspaper, several appointments and reorganizations are being made quickly and often without prior broad discussions, which is creating uncertainty and surprise within the team. In recent months, such discussions have arisen regarding the situation surrounding the President of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan, Arayik Harutyunyan's transition from the Prime Minister's staff to the parliament, as well as other personnel changes.

According to the newspaper, the latest surprise is related to the temporary management of the "Araratcement" factory. It was almost determined within government circles that the temporary manager of the factory would be Edgar Zakaryan, the Deputy Minister of Economy. According to the same sources, he was already preparing for the new position, packing his belongings at the ministry, and awaiting the move.

However, after yesterday's cabinet meeting, the situation changed sharply. According to reports, Nikol Pashinyan informed Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan after the meeting that the temporary manager of "Araratcement" would not be Deputy Minister Zakaryan, but rather the Prime Minister's assistant, Davit Gevorgyan, a former governor of Aragatsotn.

This decision caught both ministry employees and officials involved in processes related to the factory by surprise. Consequently, Zakaryan remained in his previous status, and the ongoing transfer process was effectively halted.
