Man Arrested for Sexual Violence Against Minor Under 12, Investigative Committee Reports

A criminal prosecution has been initiated against an individual for committing sexual violence against a child under the age of 12, who has since been arrested, as confirmed by the Investigative Committee to aurora.news.

The arrest relates to actions that took place between July 10 and 19. During private lessons at his home, a 42-year-old man allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a 9-year-old boy.

The man is accused of touching the minor's sexual organ with his hand, and when the child resisted, he reportedly squeezed the boy’s body, causing physical pain.
