Wildberries Announces Important Statement for Affected Sellers
According to the official channel of Wildberries' press service, the company has implemented the second phase of supportive payments for those sellers whose products were damaged due to attacks on the company's logistics facilities.
The second payment phase includes over 97,000 representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises, including those sellers who already received supportive payments in the first phase. The funds will be transferred to their Wildberries platform accounts in the near future, and withdrawals will be possible according to the current payment schedule.
Previously, Wildberries had already conducted the first phase of supportive payments, covering more than 88,000 entrepreneurs. Additionally, the company has launched several supplementary measures to support sellers, including increasing funding for discounts intended for buyers from its own resources, providing preferential terms for warehousing and logistics services, and initiating other initiatives aimed at preserving sales and ensuring the business sustainability of entrepreneurs.
Wildberries will continue to implement supportive measures for sellers in phases and will communicate further decisions to partners through official communication channels.
