Armenian Foreign Ministry Responds to Baku's Accusations
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan issued a statement on March 31, making false accusations that alleged "Armenian groups committed genocide against Azerbaijanis in 1918."
In an interview with Armenpress, Ani Badalyan, spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry, responded to Azerbaijan's foreign ministry statement.
"Throughout decades of conflict, a number of hostile and unsubstantiated narratives have developed, which, regrettably, continue to be utilized at the state level in Azerbaijan," said Ani Badalyan, expressing hope that the established peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan will serve not only to foster sustainable peaceful coexistence and friendly relations between the two states and societies but also to put an end to the existence of fabricated theses and exclude hate speech.
