A Premium Class Multifunctional Complex Will Replace the Yerevan Press Building

A premium class multifunctional complex will replace the Yerevan Press Building. This was announced by Toun Expo, adding that the relevant project will be presented at the major real estate expo by the State Property Management Committee of the Republic of Armenia and PROSPECT24 LLC.

“The State Property Management Committee of the Republic of Armenia and PROSPECT24 LLC are jointly presenting the unique renovation project of Yerevan's iconic Press Building. The project aims to not only comprehensively modernize the building but also to change its intended use, transforming it into a contemporary, premium class multifunctional complex. Special attention will also be given to preserving the architectural uniqueness, recognizability, and historical-cultural value of the structure,” it is written on the Toun Expo's Facebook page.

Additionally, companies interested in the hotel business and major renovation projects are encouraged to approach the State Property Management Committee's stand at the EXPO, where the concept for the building’s renovation and its investment potential will be presented.
