Iran Sends Warning to Trump
The threat of a power outage from U.S. President Donald Trump would allow Iran to track American forces in the darkness, according to a warning from Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic, shared on social media.
“It would take only half an hour for a complete power outage to cover the entire region, and the darkness would be a suitable time to track and capture fleeing American troops in the region,” wrote the SNSC secretary.
Larijani commented on Trump’s claim that the U.S. could initiate a power outage in Iran in less than an hour by targeting energy facilities, but chose not to do so.
