In Armenia, the chances of Samvel Karapetyan and Mr. Bini becoming Prime Minister are equal. This was stated by Taron Chakhoyan, the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister of Armenia, on his Facebook page.
"Both are foreign citizens and have no chance of being nominated for Prime Minister in Armenia," he noted.
