Export from Armenia to Azerbaijan Possible, Not Just Import: Papoyan
It is possible to export from Armenia to Azerbaijan. This was stated today by the Minister of Economy, Gevorg Papoyan, during a conversation with reporters.
"Not only is import possible, but so is export. Just wait—everything is possible. We have received quite a competitive price from the Georgian railway, so there are many opportunities. I believe that soon the Georgian and Azerbaijani side will announce another successful transaction, and we will also confirm it," the minister said.
When asked what Armenia could offer Azerbaijan, Papoyan responded: "There is a list of products—aluminum, animals, fruits and vegetables, certain types of beverages, various types of textile products. In other words, work is underway, and discussions are ongoing."
