When These People Changed the Power in Artsakh, Soon After No Armenians Were Left in Karabakh: Rubinyan
When discussing the regime change in Karabakh in 2023 and the subsequent ethnic cleansing, it is essential to also remember the context. This was stated by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, during today’s session.
“What did the Armenian Revolutionary Federation write in its infamous 2022 ‘004’ circular? You remember those many times heard passages, aimed at questioning Armenia's sovereignty according to my assessment, and I am sure also from an objective evaluation, but let’s set that aside,” he said.
Rubinyan cited a passage: “At the same time, it is clear that no radical problems can be resolved until the power in Artsakh changes, until the political course of Artsakh returns to a national trajectory, and until the factor of Artsakh is restored.”
“When these people changed the power in Artsakh, days later there were no Armenians left in Nagorno-Karabakh,” Rubinyan concluded.
