Peskov on Kyiv's Security Guarantees Statement
The Kremlin will analyze the joint statement of EU leaders regarding Kyiv's security guarantees only after reviewing the full text. This was announced to journalists by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia.
According to him, Moscow has only seen media reports related to the European leaders' statement on Ukraine's security guarantees and does not intend to respond to them without an official document. “We have not yet seen any text. When we do, we will analyze it,” Peskov noted in response to a question about a possible assessment from the Kremlin.
Earlier, it was reported that after negotiations with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, European leaders presented a six-point plan concerning Ukraine's security guarantees.
