The U.S. Is Expecting Good News, Says Jay DiVens
We have made significant progress in resolving the Russia-Ukraine conflict. However, we have not fully reached that point yet. I believe there is hope for good news on this front in the coming weeks, said U.S. Vice President Jay DiVens.
“The White House is disappointed that the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is still unresolved. The U.S. presidential administration thought this conflict would be resolved in the easiest way,” DiVens added.
It’s worth noting that on December 2, Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President’s special envoy Steve Witkoff held talks in Moscow. Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov stated that the two sides have not yet reached a compromise peace plan. However, he added that some proposals from the U.S. seem acceptable.
