Dust Concentration Exceeded Permissible Limits from November 26 to December 2
The Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center has reported that the dust concentration exceeded permissible limits from November 26 to December 2. During the entire week, elevated dust levels were recorded in Yerevan’s Kentron district, specifically from November 26 to 30 and on December 1 in Arabkir, while Shengavit had high levels on November 26, 28, and December 1. In Nor Nork, however, dust levels remained within acceptable limits.
Additionally, nitrogen dioxide levels also surpassed permissible limits. This occurred in Kentron from December 1 to 2, in Arabkir on November 27-28, in Shengavit on November 26 and December 2, and in Nor Nork on December 1. It is worth noting that sulfur dioxide levels did not exceed permissible limits.
