Moscow Provides Immediate Assistance to Armenia, Says Zakharova
Moscow is providing immediate assistance to Armenia, and Western mediation efforts must withstand the test of time, stated Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry.
She reminded that in June 2024, Russian specialists rapidly restored a railway section in northern Armenia, which had been devastated by floods, and in November organized wheat supplies through the territories of Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Zakharova emphasized that this event was largely made possible by the timely efforts taken within the framework of the trilateral working group focused on unblocking regional infrastructure and the agreements reached by the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan from 2020 to 2022.
