The former commander of the Defense Army of Nagorno-Karabakh, Samvel Babayan, has been interrogated in connection with the murder case of former Deputy Minister of Defense Vahram Khorkhoruni, which has been reopened 27 years later based on the complaint of Khorkhoruni's son.
