According to the organization's statement, such a move is likely to encourage other countries, including Russia, China, and North Korea, to resume their own nuclear tests.

The announcement emphasizes that this development would undermine the balance established by international restrictions over the years and may weaken global security mechanisms.

According to the association's data, since 1945, the United States has conducted 1,030 nuclear explosive tests, accounting for more than half of the total 2,056 tests conducted worldwide.
