Henrikh Mkhitaryan Takes One Month Off Due to Injury
Henrikh Mkhitaryan, the all-time leading scorer for the Armenian national team and midfielder for Inter Milan, has suffered an injury to the semi-tendinosus muscle in his left thigh. This information was published on the official website of the Milanese club, as reported by ArmSportam.
Mkhitaryan will remain sidelined for approximately one month, missing two matches in the Champions League.
The 36-year-old player sustained the injury during the eighth round of the Italian championship in a match against Napoli, where the score ended 1-3. He was substituted in the 32nd minute of the game.
The club noted that Mkhitaryan's recovery progress will be assessed in the coming weeks, depending on the outcomes of his treatment.
